Occasionally iPods bug out and freeze. Your iPod may just need to be restarted, not repaired. 

So how do you restart an iPod?

All it takes is two fingers to hold down the “menu” and “ok” button simultaneously. Hold these until you see the apple logo on the screen. 

Now you should be able to rock out again!
