Some mornings are too hectic to even stop and eat. Cooking in the microwave is time efficient and doesn’t require any clean up. This recipe is also great for people who have to be to work early. Just prepare the eggs before you leave and microwave.
Now add eggs to a microwave safe bowl, whisk the eggs with a whisk or a form and add a little bit of milk, you can adjust this to your liking. Put the eggs in the microwave and cook for 40 seconds on high, remove and stir, cook for another 40 seconds and stir, continue this pattern until the eggs are done. Now you can add salt, pepper, hot sauce etc. and enjoy.
You can change this recipe a little by adding some omelet style ingredients to the eggs. Add cheese, cut up ham or veggies and enjoy a quick omelet.
