Twins, Triplets and Quadruplets are more common multiple births but could you imagine having 10 children! Decaplets is the largest multiple birth ever, and it has happened 3 times. The most recent decaplets was in Brazil in 1946. 

Decaplets are often very weak when they are born and some don’t survive. The most children to ever survive is six or sextuplets.
