The most children born to one women was 69! and surprisingly 2 people have had this many children! Mrs. Fyodor Vassilet was born in 1707 in Russia. She gave birth to 4 sets of quadruplets, 7 sets of triplets and 16 sets of twins. 

Mrs. Bernard Scheinberg lived in the late 1800s in Austria, She also had 69 children all resulting from multiple births. After she died at 56 years old in 1911 and her husband remarried and had 18 more children totaling 87!
